Active Ingredient: Capsicum Oleoresin

Applications: Perfect for adults and children aged 12 years and older with minor aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with simple backache, arthritis, strains, bruises and sprains.

Usage: Strip off backing film and cover affected area with pad. Trim pad to fit small areas such as fingers. Fix in place with adhesive tape when necessary. No more than 3-4 times daily and for no longer than 1-2 hours. For external use only. If irritation or rash occurs, do not continue and seek medical advice.
